RT stopped being able to render the [https://rt.pumpingstationone.org/Admin/Global/Template.html?Queue=0&Template=11 Correspondence in HTML] template, which is used for several automatic actions involved in communicating with users of the system.

The affected actions have been configured to use a different template, the [https://rt.pumpingstationone.org/Admin/Global/Template.html?Queue=0&Template=10 Correspondence]. New replies are now leaving the system correctly.
