I'm new to Chicago too, moved here from San Francisco in August. Loving it so far while I look for work and enjoy family time with a new baby, a toddler, and their mom.
  
I previously worked with 3D computer graphics for VR research and special effects, mostly using computer vision methods, photography, and 3D animation/analysis/CAD tools.
