New Location Requirements
Space Requirements
- 5000 sq. ft. - 10000 sq. ft
- move in date before February 1st, 2012
- Light industrial or C1 zoning rating
- We will probably need about 1/2 to 1 month to move into the new space
Utilities
- adequate plumbing--we need a bathroom that doesn't smell
- Decent heating/control of our own heating
- Good power - we only have 110V/15A and 220V/15A breakers we need, at least, access to 220V/30A and, ideally, access to 3-phase
- access to water in the space
Architecture
- shower

- High Ceilings > 16'
- a real kitchen - room to move around in
- Ventilation

- Secure Entrances
