The initial definition of "eligible for receiving COVID-19 vaccination" means any person 5 years of age or older. The initial definition of "fully vaccinated against COVID-19" means that at least 2 weeks have elapsed after taking the second dose of a 2 dose mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna) or at least 2 weeks have elapsed after taking a single dose COVID-19 vaccine (Johnson & Johnson Jannsen.)
