The text contained in the [[Membership_agreement]] is not sufficient. This Anti-Harassment Policy is adapted from Noisebridge's recently introduced policy. [https://github.com/noisebridge/anti-harassment Noisebridge's policy] was adapted from the [http://geekfeminism.wikia.com/wiki/Conference_anti-harassment/Policy Geek Feminism/Ada Initiative Conference Anti-Harassment policy], which is what [https://us.pycon.org/2013/about/code-of-conduct/ PyCon's Code of Conduct] is based upon. Seeing as PyCon's Code of Conduct is widely considered to be one of the best in the community, this is an excellent place to start. Noisebridge has done a good job of turning it from a conference oriented policy to one fit for a hackerspace, thus I have made only small changes.
