* PR
** Nailing down a brand strategy
*** Pull together brand attributes during the next 5th Tuesday Potluck as part of early exploration phase.
**** The hope is that all the area hosts will show up.
*** Paul asks what the end goal is?
**** Final product would be a brand document, so that there is a clear starting point to avoid false starts for future PR efforts.
** Will start posting videos of the makers with the goal of posting one per month.
* Treasury Team
** First (only?!) budgeting meeting for 2023 will be scheduled in the next couple of weeks. Current estimated time November 12th.
** Donzell asks about the COVID EIDL loan
*** Last we heard "we were approved but the federal agency that was running the loan program disbanded"
*** Donzell and Joe think this is a good thing.

* V is the scholarships person. They talked about scholarships
** 8 People have scholarships that have expired, but are still "active" in WA
*** None of them have logged in to WA
** 14 Vacant Scholarships, in theory
** V will reach out to all of the current applicants, and all of the expiring scholarships, and see who is still interested.
*** The board will vote to approve / not-approve members at the next board meeting.
* Fidel wants to know about the budget for the February PS:1 - Black Edition event
** Team for the event will be meeting next week to discuss.
* PS:1 Annual Meeting of the Membership to be held on Tuesday, November 29th at 8:00PM in the Lounge.
* Jesse is ready with a thing to do, and is irritated that Paul is not going around the room shaming people.
** Jesse has an event she wants to do, but is worried about getting people to attend.
** Paul punts the getting people to the event to Alicia.
* TVs can be damaged by flying candy.
** Jesse contests this "fact"
