== Rules ==

# If you aren't certified, don't even open the fridge.
+
# Only authorized bartenders are allowed to pour.
# Don't drink all the beer, that's rude. If you're looking to get hammered go buy a 30rack of PBR.
+
# Authorized bartenders will be required to complete an approved BASSET Certification course.
# Don't drink the beer if you aren't 21 or older. Just.. come on. Don't.
+
# Bartenders must not serve minors or anyone visibly intoxicated.
# If beer is on tap, you don't have to be certified to help yourself. Pull forward for beer, push to add head. Please pour water in the drip tray when you're done and empty the bucket under the bar (and very importantly, put it back after).
+
# Drinking Station: One is not allowed to sell alcohol. As such the staff does not accept tips. Appreciation shown in the form of added donations to the bar is encouraged.
 +
# Donations will be accepted and used to further Drinking Station: One's mission by paying for: alcohol, cleaning supplies, consumables, equipment, and upgrades
   −
Further rules later, this is just a start at writing things down about the bar.
+
Please send any keg requests, event inquiries, bartender applications, or general questions to bar@pumpingstationone.org

==How To Clean Taps==
+
== Capacity ==
   −
TBD upload photos and put them on here, step by step instructions.
+
The current kegerator holds the cold plate for the carbonator and leaves room for two 5-gallon kegs. It is set up for 1 ball lock Cornelius "corny" soda keg and one commercial Sankey keg (1/6 barrel size).
    +
 +
== Providing a Keg for an Event ==
 +
 +
If you are interested in having Drinking Station: One serve something specific at your event, or plan on hosting a large number of people, it is polite to provide a keg. We can accommodate a single 1/2 barrel "Full" keg in an Ice Bucket behind the bar. Please alert [email protected] as soon as possible, to coordinate.

|Cleaned tap 1 fully and put [[Beer 2013.02]] on tap 1. Tap 2 is soaking the line in PBW water, since it had yeast caked all of it. Don't use it.
+
|Replaced all beverage lines. Added air lines. Added air manifold. Brought the bar back to life.
