I believe the motor in not working but the controller board is working. The net is that I don't believe the existing pieces will bring this machine back. Also the on/off switch is missing (~$20). I think to bring this machine up as a manual machine we have a couple of options. − 1. Find a DC treadmill motor, use the KBWT-112 controller board and adapt the machine for belt drive with the treadmill motor. Cost about $125. − 2. Get a V3 Grizzly replacement motor, the new ones are reported to be better, and bring the machine back to original shape. Cost abt. $140 + the switch. − This presumes that no other problems exist. − − I'd be interested to know if this aligns with any other persons experience with this machine. − − --Jim
