''Sweet Maria’s is great for the beginning roaster because they provide highly detailed cupping notes, suggestions on what level of roast to use, and their opinion on whether something would make good espresso. But the quality of the beans is a function of the grower, not the importer, and a big part of this adventure is discovery and experimentation.
