- The button for the latch, located on the center top of the door, does not have a positive feel for its locked/unlocked states.
- You must make sure that the latch is securely fastened shut for the dishwasher to work. Push on the door and you can hear a light click when the latch is engaged. Check this by pulling on an edge of the door, not on the latch button.
