- Some cleaning of oil ports may be needed before topping off oil reservoirs, also should existing oil be drained?
- Should we replace hydraulic filter? It's not in manual but it seems like something you may want to change?
- Top off oil reservoirs, oil machine and follow maintenance in manual.
- Chuck needs to be removed and cleaned
- Fit the tool post
- We need a plank to put under the chuck on removal.
- Do we need some device to help lift chucks on removal ( they weigh approx 100#)
- Taper attachment needs to be cleaned and tested
- Level and check for taper
- Any tooling needed?
- Do we want to fit a DRO? NOTE: the Cold metals budget is getting tight for this tool we may budget this in 2019
- Do we want to fit cooling?
- Need to find a chuck key for the Jacobs chuck
