*** Measurement does not include shared spaces such as garage, kitchenette, bathroom, furnished front room/sitting area.
** Surroundings: Good mexican restaurant, Hot Doug's, Kuma's & Fire Dept. 1 block down
*** Let the record show Sacha bribed the secretary to commit Eric's admission of a fire pole fetish to the meeting record.
** Electricity/HVAC included as is for the time being.
** Owner has 20 yrs experience in manufacturing/construction.
*** Friends with the alderman.
** Vote;
*** 26/26 Members, we have a quorom.
**** Motion passes unanimously.

** Payments link available on wiki for now, coming to front page.
** $4,594 raised thus far.
* Motion for 6 month/1 year membership prepayment
** 6 Months - $280, 1 year - $500
*** Payments will not be refundable
** Able to get funding ahead of time to attain equipment
** VOTE: Motion Passes
* Motion for Pumping Station: One to pay CC transaction fees for all transactions except for month-to-month payments.
** $50 instead of $51.50
** Subscribers will not pay fees.
** VOTE: Motion Passes
* Misbehavior/membership agreement put to vote next week. Available on wiki.
* Discussion about priorities in acquiring equipment for the space.
** Parts parties and fundraisers in planning
** All cash expenditures will be voted on by the membership.
