Sign the lease for 3354 N. Elston
- Final lease not yet in, but language has been agreed to. We will reschedule the vote once final lease is received.
- Maid service we will split payment with other tenants, won't pay full $60
- Flammables/Explosives is will be accommodated in a secure area
