** Steve unloaded many issues on Eric that he feel's can jeopardize our lease being renewed.
*** Fringe benefits we once enjoyed are being paired down to only what was agreed to in our contract.
** Cleanliness
*** Kitchen use is off limits
*** No more community cups.
*** Garage on the whole to be cleared out.
*** Volunteers to clean up are asked for. Will have a sign up sheet.
