* Yerba Mate Tea - 3.5 Cups
* Brown Sugar - TBD (See Brewing Logs)
* Water - 5 Gallons
===Steps:===
#Bring 2.5 Gallons of Water to a boil
#Brew tea, steep for 7 minutes
#Add sugar to sterilized keg
#Strain tea into keg
#Add remaining water to fill keg
#Pressurize keg to 30-50 PSI and rock back and forth to force carbonate
#Let settle. Return pressure to 2-5 PSI to serve
