Label
Owner/Loaner: Michael Skilton Serial Number: Make/Model: M1040 Arrival Date: 2013 Usability: Working Contact: Michael Skilton Where: Machine Shop Certification Needed: No Hackable: No Estimated Value: $100
Note
Primarily designed for straight cuts in sheet metal.
Nothing harder then mild steel.
The knurled knob is meant to be a clamp and is helpful for thicker materials.
Flat stock only on the blades, No channel or angle etc.
No rod or wire except in the hole.
It will cut 1/8 mild steel and 1/2" rod but I recommend 12 gauge sheet and 3/8 diameter as maximums.
Pull slowly and be prepared for a jolt if you are pulling hard at the end of a cut.
