Transparency Concern

For transparency, I would like the Board, upon request, to provide any member (partial or full) with a list of all Volunteer Positions, who holds each position and the benefit received for each position. I believe a provision for this should be added to the official Volunteer Positions language. Thanks.

When You Earn a Membership Benefit

While not an important enough issue to keep me from voting for this motion, there is ambiguity about when you earn your volunteer benefit. Do you earn it at the end of each month of service or at the beginning. This comes into play when you need to remove someone from their position and when the position itself is eliminated.

I should note that this ambiguity exists today.
