Proposal: delete the 4th paragraph onwards. Replace with "Persons will.comply.with all.applicable laws and regulations regarding service animals, including limitations on questions one may ask persons with service animals." :This seems like a good idea. This also means we don't have to keep up with changes to the law and continuously update our policies to suit them. Note that this would not excuse us from keeping up with knowing about said changes, but it would reduce the burden on the policymakers at PS:1.
