The linked spreadsheet shows ~$1,400 worth of tooling, but the vote language only asks for $1,100. Is this an error, or do we not expect to buy everything on that sheet? That sheet also mentions something about a 10% discount. Are we expecting to get a discount on everything there for some reason? Thanks Justin.  We're still working on the details. When we stop making changes, we'll make sure the amounts match.  And add 20% for unexpected expenses.  Dean
