plumbing is not covered in this budget proposal
The plumbing is one of the next stages and will be considerable more expensive, but does not have to be done at the same time as the walls. The plumbing is exposed outside of the concrete wall, this is not an issue. Some of it needs redone when we put in better sinks, but it doesn't need to be addressed now. We can do simple plumbing like this ourselves and we have a few plumbers that have offered to help recently. (D34fish)

* The lath board we'd need to hang the ceiling off the cinderblock wall would require us to completely repipe all of the plumbing that runs at the top under the catwalk (d34fish)

Yes, it will cost thousands when done. Eric wanted walls first, so I gave him a plan for walls. (d34fish)
