* We are pretty sure they will not. The walls will not completely enclose the space and will only be 8 or 10 feet high. Before we put any type of ceiling on the kitchen, we will create an stove vent that will go through the building ceiling.

Shouldn't we do the plumbing first before we have to knock out drywall to run a pipe?
* Apparently they want to attach the shop sink to one of the sides of the kitchen walls. The pipe can be run from outside of the kitchen. Eric does not feel that punching a hole in the drywall is much of a concern. He also says the door will be large enough to bring in anything the kitchen will need.
