We've gone over the ceiling a bunch- there's no good way to do it. (d34fish)
+
* A ceiling is not part of this proposal.

+
* A ceiling of some type can be installed, it won't be drywall and will probably be either be a drop ceiling or an extension of the catwalk.
* We can't make the ceiling legal height and still meet code (d34fish)
  −
* The lath board we'd need to hang the ceiling off the cinderblock wall would require us to completely repipe all of the plumbing that runs at the top under the catwalk (d34fish)
  −
* A drop ceiling is certainly feasible, as is putting some kind of floor sheet on the catwalk. Both options can extend to meet the wall and will close out dust. --[[User:TuckerTomlinson|Tucker]]

Please note the BOM is a plan and not final.  The final BOM is not part of the vote.

* There are two track lights under the catwalk that will be in the kitchen area.  I still think it will be a bit dark in there.

* We are pretty sure they will not.  The walls will not completely enclose the space and will only be 8 or 10 feet high.  Before we put any type of ceiling on the kitchen, we will create an stove vent that will go through the building ceiling.

Shouldn't we do the plumbing first before we have to knock out drywall to run a pipe?
 +
 +
* Apparently they want to attach the shop sink to one of the sides of the kitchen walls.  The pipe can be run from outside of the kitchen.  Eric does not feel that punching a hole in the drywall is much of a concern.  He also says the door will be large enough to bring in anything the kitchen will need.
