:::: 1) you are begging the question that the bylaws were violated and interpreted incorrectly. 2) If I consider the case that your points are true, It still seems frivolous to me. : The version of the vote created a conflict of the bylaws. At the time my intention was to rework the vote to be a clear amendment to the bylaws.
