We need to decide how feasible it is to run 208v/240v circuits up to the catwalk, if this is required.

It might be more effective to protect critical services with a cheaper 120v Input UPS and obtain cheaper (non-battery-backed-up) power conditioning unit(s) to protect the non-uptime-critical hardware in the rack, without offering UPS protection. (this might be a viable fallback option if members decide that the "perfect world" scenario described on the vote page is overkill.) (brownouts are also a thing that happens, notes hef on IRC, making this a much less than ideal solution.)
