My Unofficial vice president duties:

• New members
  • Sending welcome email to new members through the crm. (Shared responsibility)
• Cancelling members
  • Manually sending email to those members asking how we could improve.
  • Entering leaving information into the crm. (Shared responsibility)
  • Give report of reasons why members are leaving at weekly board meetings.
  • Manage reaction/action from these reports. (Shared responsibility)
• Maintain ps1 bank account and debit card. (Shared responsibility)
  • Troubleshoot banking issues. (Shared responsibility)
  • Main person who coordinates with the bank. Includes new features that we need.
• Maintaining vicePresident {at} pumpingstationone {dot} org.
• Answer emails sent to the director's list. (Shared responsibility)
• Run 300 seconds of fame.
