Voting is a process established in the [[Bylaws]] and promulgated by the Board of Directors. A [[https://wiki.pumpingstationone.org/Bylaws#Full_Members Full member]] may write a proposal for a vote, and so long as it is possible to vote it "up or down" ... it must be phrased so that a voter can vote for, against or abstain; it cannot be essay format or multiple choice or anything other than yes or no, it may be considered for voting by the Full Member membership.
