If no buyer is found in a reasonable timeframe as determined by the Area Host then the Belovac shall be treated as having gone through asset removal and shall be disposed of in accordance to the asset removal policy. The replacement unit EZFORM shall be proposed to be included as a budget purchase in the next budget vote or as a normal purchase vote to the membership.
If the Area Hosts decides to put the Belovac through the asset removal process while this vote is active and no counter vote succeeds then this vote shall be treated as void and the Belovac shall be disposed of according to asset removal policy
