* Commercial Stove Vent Hood $1000.00 - Shelly and Gerald located a commercial stove vent hood in great condition at Evanston Rebuilders Warehouse.  It is being held without deposit for up to two weeks.  If funding for deposit, and/or purchase does not become available in time, another vote may need to be drafted for up to the retail cost of a new commercial stove vent hood (4000.00).

* Commercial Range Vent Hood $1500.00 - New Commercial Range Hood

* Install a 10" ventilation duct for the commercial stove in the kitchen - $300.00.

* Cubby/Electrical Build-out $100.00 - A cubby hole extending into the general area needs to be built to make room for the commercial stove.
