Background

The new lounge will soon be the main meeting space at PS1 and will have the projector and screen in the CNC room, which allows it to be used as a classroom/meeting space. The CNC room should also have a projector and projector screen to also be a useable meeting/classroom space.

Language

Authorize the Board of Directors to spend up to $1100 on AV equipment for the CNC room and associated accessories. Authorization to buy expires 6 months after the vote is accepted.
