Deep Harbor Troubleshooting

The following conditions must be true for a member account to be active and functioning correctly:

1. Identity Tab
   1. Active Directory Username must be present and valid (no spaces, special characters, not an email)
   2. Email on file
   3. First & last name on file
2. Status Tab
   1. Membership status should be ACTIVE
   2. Membership Level should be either (if not a volunteer):
      1. Stripe Membership - $65
      2. Stripe Membership w/ Storage - $95
3. Forms Tab
   1. ID Check #1 should be present
4. Access Tab
   1. At least one RFID fob should be present
