Introductions

• Brief overview of what PS1 is (<1min).
• New members/visitors introduce themselves.
• Introduce the board and area hosts.

Announcements

• Analog game night is Saturday.
• Pumping Station: One design contest is still going! We only have one entry so far, you guys should submit some swag designs to info@pumpingstationone.org!
• Maker Faire Milwaukee is Sep 27-28 - head up to meet with hundreds of makers. Admission is free!
• Mokena Mini Maker Faire! All of that, but smaller! That's this Saturday. PS:1 is going to take some noisemakers.
• 300 Seconds of Fame is tonight after the member meeting and tour!
• There's going to be some motorcycle maintenance sessions coming up. Check the mailing list for dates.

• Meeting begins at 8:02
• Bry introduces PS1 and hackerspaces.
• New folks introduce themselves
  • Matthew hard about us from a friend at work. He does woodworking.
  • Julia heard about us from Joe. She doesn't make a lot but wouldn't mind learning!
  • Joe is from Cube3D, he's one of the fellows who brought us our CubePro! He heard about us on the cross-country maker train.
  • Eric heard about os on the web. he does a little bit of everything, woodworking and welding, arduino.
  • Carl found out about us through a board game night. Jewelry, circuit bending, armor and cosplay items.
  • Carly came with Carl. She does a lot of textiles, weaving and crocheting and knitting.
  • Spencer found out about us from a friend (this guy). He is working on wine(?)
  • Alex found about us from Hackaday! He does woodworking and stuff like that.
  • Kent likes embedded computing, 3d printing and maybe some CNC stuff. Heard about us from meetup.
  • Virginia is with Kent - she says she doesn't like to make things.
• Things to be done around the space:
  • Fix the wik... Done!
  • Electronics lab computer print to Brother?
  • Justin moved all the stereo stuff in the lounge. It'd be sweet to have shelves to put our video game consoles on! Someone should build them.

  • Donald spent some time on the AO-100, replacing a burned out motor driver.
