initial commit

Dockerbot is a cobbled together mess [[user:kuroishi|Dave]] threw in the rack. The chassis and drives came from the IT closet above the stairs, the rest were donated. The hardware will be powering IRC bot provisioned containered environments, using CoreOS and Docker.
