::Actually, I think I need to disagree with this. While this does grant the board additional powers to create temporary policies without waiting on a member vote to confirm them, it does not make any change to the bylaws, i.e. [[Bylaws#Issues Proper for a Vote of the Directors]]. So this wouldn't suddenly overrule the bylaws and grant the board the power to set arbitrary policies, however temporary they may be.
