The filter is re-usable, but do not wash in water (it will shrink).<br>
There are at least two versions of the filter and filter cage, be sure to use the part numbers above. Some vendors stock one version, some stock the other.<br>
The drum adapter includes a "Thien Baffle", which is an experiment. If it doesn't work well, I can modify or remove it. More info here:<br>
