On the PS1 web site, go to https://pumpingstationone.org/join/ and at the bottom of that page, there is a section called "Leaving Us" with a link that should find and help cancel any PayPal payments you have scheduled for PS1.

That is all. To rejoin. (We hope to have you back some day! ) .. go to our web page (or Facebook page even) and click 'Join'.
After you resume payments, an authorized member (board members, area hosts and some trusted others) must manually reset the thingy on your user account to make the systems recognize your resumed membership at whatever level you're paying for.
