Settings that have worked in my experience for Cura:
First load the Prusa profile. It is usually among the default profiles in Cura.
==== Custom settings for PLA ====
* Printing temp=215C
* Build plate temp=55C
Speed:
* Print speed= 40mm/s (I haven't tried faster but it is possible)
* Top/bottom speed=20mm/s
* Initial layer speed=20mm/s
* Initial layer travel speed=60mm/s
Rest of settings are the defaults for the Prusa profile.
