* New members
** Sending welcome email to new members through the crm. (Shared responsibility)
* Cancelling members
** Manually sending email to those members asking how we could improve.
** Entering leaving information into the crm. (Shared responsibility)
** Give report of reasons why members are leaving at weekly board meetings.
** Manage reaction/action from these reports. (Shared responsibility)
* Maintain ps1 bank account and debit card. (Shared responsibility)
** Troubleshoot banking issues. (Shared responsibility)
** Main person who coordinates with the bank. Includes new features that we need.
* Maintaining vicePresident {at} pumpingstationone {dot} org.
* Answer emails sent to the director's list. (Shared responsibility)
* Run 300 seconds of fame.
