Language

The Board of Directors is empowered to pursue in good faith an agreement with Threadless to rent them part of the hackerspace for their offsite meeting. This rental term will not be longer than one day and will substantially take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

Turn out was 17/17 present full members at the meeting voted yes to allow thread less to rent. 27 full members sent in proxy votes 26 of them voted yes, one member abstained so total votes were 43 members voted in favor, one abstained.
