Statement of Purpose
This vote provides funding for Cycle Station: One - PS:1's bicycle club - to allow for the purchase and creation of a few critical tools and resources Cycle Station: One still does not have. If this funding were approved, it will go toward creating the facilities in order to make the Cycle Station: One workbench a more effective and comfortable place to work on one's bicycle.

Five days prior to the Day of the Vote, the vote language is locked, all edits are frozen, and the language of the vote is converted to a pdf file. Ballots that include the pdf are sent to the Membership, and electronic voting begins. Note that the minimum discussion period of seven days leaves only two days for changes before the lock takes place.

Background
Since the move of Cycle Station: One to to an actual area other than a moving tabletop and the construction of the cabinets and table to create a more permanent workspace, there are still some crucial missing elements to the space, including better bike stands, and patching the holes to have a more comprehensive tool collection. Below is a general living list of the major things outstanding for Cycle Station One.

*Note on consumables:
Eli the host of Cycle Station One has access to wholesale bike basics like tubes and cables and brake pads, and the proposed cost is only for an initial purchasing of materials. These critical components of bike repair would be kept behind a lock in the Cycle Station: One work area, the passcode to which would be openly available in the discord channel, and members would contribute and even at a very reduced price per item it would be enough to continue the system indefinitely.
