Onboarding a New Volunteer

Configuring Volunteer Status in Deep Harbor

1. Sign into the [Deep Harbor Admin Portal]
2. Find the member using the search bar
3. Navigate to the "Status" tab
4. Set their membership to an appropriate level
   1. Volunteer Levels
   2. Save the profile
5. If needed, navigate to the "Roles" tab to adjust their Deep Harbor permissions

Setting WILD Subscription in Stripe

1. Sign into the Stripe dashboard
2. Search for the member's active subscription
3. Update the existing subscription with the pencil icon on the subscription
   1. Select "Add Product"
      1. Add an appropriate subscription matching their Volunteer Level
   2. Remove the old product
   3. Select "Update Subscription"
   4. Select "Immediately" and press "Update Subscription" again

You have completed onboarding the volunteer.
