Pumping Station: One has a Meetup.com account. The cost for maintaining the Meetup account are paid for out of the Advertising budget.

There are many organizers. One board member position is "the Organizer" and several other positions are "Co-Organizer"

  • Organizer - generally, the Secretary or the PR Director are the Organizer.
  • Co-Organizer
  • Assistant Organizer
  • Event Organizer
  • No role

You must be an ordinary "No role" member of the Meetup group in order to have any other role assigned. Many non-mebers of PS1 are "members" (called "hackers" in our current scheme) of the Meetup group.
