Background

For the last several years, ID checks have been performed solely by the board of directors. Since there are 2 ID checks required, this makes ID checks more difficult for new members who are unable to attend the open house. Allowing area hosts to check IDs would more than double the number of people who can perform this task, diffusing the workload and increasing the efficacy of onboarding.

Language

Authorize the area hosts to perform ID checks for new members.
