I got tired of hearing people ask about the water filter vote, and the response was always that the vote didn't include S+H, which came out to be a lot. I decided to front the money an start the voting process later. The water filter should be on it's way.

I would like for there to be a maximum dollar amount in the actual language of the text. This should be easy to include because you already purchased it.

The maximum is already defined. Hef spent $530.76. The vote will not reimburse him beyond that.
