* we all agreed we don't need to be holding onto the donation forms for the mill- then we went to go grab them from the filing cabinet and realized that Z specifically wrote on the forms that this copy was meant for the PS1 secretary and that it appears the donations were meant for PS1. Hailey is going to talk to Z to see if he can rewrite the form.

* Bry proposed buying a lockbox for people to submit receipts- the rest of the board disagreed and said we should insist people take photos of receipts and email it to treasurer@ because its less paperwork to keep track of and will be seen faster.
