Further, the lack of it is a detriment to space usability and perhaps dangerous due to heat impacting member ability to consistently wear and breathe comfortably in a mask/face covering. Therefore, to rectify the lack of air conditioning as soon as possible, solution for restoring air conditioning will not be put up for a vote.
