Keeping Equipment Purchases?

Yes, the remaining equipment purchases are within the rules we have set forth for area host equipment purchases, so they will stay in. Note that the area host is not required to buy those things if the vote passes, these are guidelines. He is ultimately bound by the total amount of his budget.
