PS:One ping not sending emails

Due to a bug in a email template, RT had not been sending out emails when a systems person replied to a ping.
Affected Requests
Any request with a number >= 1720, and less than 2222 is likely to have been affected by this bug.
I'm leaving out requests that got sorted into Treasury or Member Payments, and requests that were flagged as rejected.
What Went Wrong
RT stopped being able to render the Correspondence in HTML template, which is used for several automatic actions involved in communicating with users of the system.
The following RT Actions used the broken template:
- On Comment Notify Other Recipients as Comment
- On Correspond Notify Other Recipients
- On Correspond Notify Requestors and Ccs
- On Create Notify Ccs
- On Create Notify Other Recipients
The Repair
The affected actions have been configured to use a different template, the Correspondence. New replies are now leaving the system correctly.
