GENERAL OPERATIONS:

Replace coupler for the heat pump on the cold metals side.
Will examine oil leak at compressor.

TECH TEAM:

Canvas SSO integration will commence week of Thanksgiving with Brian D and Dan T.

MEMBER MANAGEMENT TEAM:

- David F awaiting administrative access to Freshdesk.

COMMUNICATIONS TEAM:

- Kevin V filmed two members over the weekend for marketing efforts.

6. Updates from outside board meetings

- None currently.

7. Discussion Topics (new & existing)

--> Budget meeting scheduled for Sunday, November 21 at noon for FY22 budget. Area hosts must have their budget numbers finished by then. Goal is to post budget numbers immediately after meeting. --> Area host applications will remain open until November 28; decisions will be made on November 30.
