We the membership of Pumping Station: One add a CNC router and associated costs(1) to the list of discretionary capital expenditures in the Pumping Station One budget. If this vote passes the board of Pumping Station One will be authorized to expend up to but not exceeding $X to directly purchase a CNC router with associated accesories, and, if necessary, to run a powerline supplying the correct voltage/current to the machine. This amount shall include the costs of shipping the purchase to Pumping Station One. This spending authority will expire upon purchase of the machine or at the time a new budget is passed, whichever occurs first. Upon completion of this purchase a full account of the monies spent and equipment purchased will be presented by the Treasurer of Pumping Station One to the membership via the mailing list within 1 month of the purchase date.

A large format CNC router (4' x 4' or 4' x 8') would be a great benefit to the space.
