First Aid Kits
First aid kits are located:
- To the right of the door in the kitchen, leading to the wood and metal shop area. (installed)
- On the wall near the bathroom in the electronics shop. (installed)
- First Aid Kit Trello card
First aid kits still should be inventoried and topped off, and mounted more permanently. Mounted with industrial velcro to the wall.
Fire Extinguishers
There are at least six type ABC fire extinguishers located throughout the space. 1. near the rear exit 2. near the furnace room, if that is what it is called 3. in the kitchen, to the right of the door leading to the workshop area 4. in the lounge, on the windowsill next to the booze 5. upstairs, on the table facing the front entry "ADMITANCE" door 6. upstairs, next to the Monica the Konica printer.
All but #2 need to be mounted on the wall about waist-high with a sign mounted at or above eye level for visibility from a distance.

Community
Looking out for each other in the shop and the labs and considering the importance of other people's safety while you, or they, work is very important. If you see someone working in an unsafe manner, advise them that you think they are being unsafe and offer advice if you can. There are not necessarily lifeguards in this pool, but you can and should act as one when you can.
