** The 2013 budget had a lot of stuff that was not published.  The number was changed in a later version, but that version was not published, and has been the source of a huge amount of disagreement and confusion.  For this budget, the number of on hand cash is being set to 8 months rent. --[[User:Hef|Hef]] ([[User talk:Hef|talk]]) 14:24, 6 April 2014 (CDT)
